“Can I just say how impressed I am with the results of our photographic session. The idea of taking the horse away in the woods for a more natural setting was just right for us, you produced some fantastic shots, so many good ones in fact that we took you up on the offer of having a book made of the ones we chose not to have enlarged.

I’m glad we went for the canvas enlargements, they have been well admired! Just something a little bit different, exactly what I was looking for. You and Sue`s calm advice about how to make the right choice of photos to enlarge was a great help, also the fact you can edit the odd blade of grass that appears in the wrong place or scar, as my horse had, helps to make a perfect picture.

My only complaint is, if you can do all that, why couldn’t you make my bum look smaller........! Again, many thanks.”)

"Don Nealon has done the most amazing work for me over the past two years. I needed images for my book supporting the set of "red horse speaks Wisdom Cards" that I have created. This writing project includes the use of 52 images of horses, each image capturing the essence of a value, such as "integrity". Imagine how difficult it is to catch a horse at exactly the right moment doing something to order!!! Obviously, all we could do was to take so many photographs in the hope that some would be perfect for the words in the book. It was a tall order indeed! Don calmly set about photographing a variety of horses in many different situations, none of which could be 'posed'. In all this time he has been a pleasure to work with - dedicated, enthusiastic, perceptive and fun. He turned a chore into a delight and the results are ... stunning, especially after Don turned the photographs into cards, with borders and accompanying words. He certainly has the knack. I have no doubts whatsoever about his skill. On top of which he is a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Don. I unreservedly recommend you as an equine photographer."
